Soap Making & Sauvignon Blanc

 

Enjoy a night out with new friends, nibbles and wine, and learn how to make soap from scratch!  Go home with a few bars of soap to keep or share.

Macrame & Malbec

 

In this workshop, you'll learn a few basic knots and use those to make a hanger for your favorite potted plant (or bowl, basket, or disco ball!) and a lovely little wristlet keychain.

Sewing and Knitting Circle

 

BYO sewing or knitting project and we'll provide the community!  We'll also have a couple of experienced knitters and sewists in the mix in case you'd like to bounce ideas or gather advice.  No charge for this one!  We'll try to make this a monthly gathering, so feedback on dates is welcome!

Crispy Tofu Spring Roll Dinner

Follow Lian Liu's expert instruction to make delicious Fried Tofu Rolls, a wild mushroom salad and one more special Chinese dish.  We'll eat in class, food paired with French wines, and have leftovers to take home!  Register.

Arts & Craft Beer

Join Nelson Jay, former Redhook marketing manager, and Mark Marzano, Georgetown Brewery representative, for an evening of sampling ales, enjoying savory beer snacks, and creating your
own decorated glassware, custom printed coasters and the staple of any serious beer enthusiast, the ‘fridge magnet!
 

 

Guests will create their own design and etch two beer glasses, then also block print on wood coasters.  All will enjoy tasting an array of Georgetown brews (including one rare sneak peek) plus hand-twisted pretzels and brats,  while hearing Mark and Nelson's crazy stories from nearly 50 years in the beer biz.  Register now to join in the fun!

Watercolors & Wine

 

Learn the freedom and joy of painting with watercolors! Come for a night of tulips and trees. Together, we’ll learn the basics of watercolor with a loose NW tree-scape.  Once our brushes (and wine glasses) are warmed up, we’ll dive into a tantalizing portrait of tulips.  Taught by local artist Alyssa Grundmeyer.  Wine, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages included!

Note:  This class is offered three times this spring, each with different subject matter.  Feel free to attend one or all three!

Mosaic Votives

Artist Laura Wright will teach us how to cut glass and create mosaic designs on votive candle holders.  Meditative and fun, with a super cool and useful piece of art to take home.
