Indian Parathas and Chai

This authentic Indian cooking class is wonderful for all ages!  Taught by Shirin Subhani, guests will learn to make traditional Indian stuffed parathas (unleavened bread).  We'll make the dough and stuffing, fill the parathas, roll out and cook on an open griddle.  We'll make three different delicious stuffings:  Aloo (Potatoes), Gobi (cauliflower) and Paneer --  and enjoy the parathas after the class, served with dahi (yogurt) and achaar (spicy Indian pickle).  Shirin will even teach us her own delicious Chai recipe.

Saturday evening, April 22, 6:30-9:00pm, $60
